I started managing a local DJ group called I am Break, He is the beat. They play everything from house, trance and hip hop. Apparently they want my skills as a promotional whore to help them sky rocket to super stardom. I’m gonna try my best to help out but as some of you may know, this isn’t really my forte but I’ll give it a shot.
They have a pretty good following and are exceptional dudes. Very funny and creative and extremely out going. I’m sure they’ll get the noteriety that they deserve. It’ll take some time! For now, feel free to join their Facebook fan page and tell your friends. Hopefully they’ll have a mix or two up and you could check them out.

Dj Spree is calling it quits. His last show will be at Uniting Nations in Washington DC on April 24th 2010. That should be a wicked show. Lot’s of good dj’s playing. It’s basically an HTID party here in America. Get more info at www.RaversOnly.com. For all the Minneapolis folks, his last show here in town will be at Bassgasm on February 19th 2010. That will be a massive party at First Ave.
Spree has been a huge influence on me from the beginning. He basically taught me how to dj and I can’t even begin to explain how many hours I’ve spent listening to his mixes. The man is definitely a legend! I’ve been lucky enough to have the privilege to play alongside with him on a few occasions and it was awesome to say the least! Don’t miss out on your last chance to see him play! Seriously!!
Here’s the official facebook page for the event!

Well, I finally put up something new! It’s a new mix. Check it out! Tell your friends it’s awesome. It’s on the “Mixes” page if you wanna download it.
I’m still retired. I played my last show last month at Kandi Kids in Cincinnati Ohio. It was a fun time and I got to play with Dj Spree. It’s funny how he was there at the beginning and then he was there for the end. Pretty awesome! As of now, I have no intentions to start djing again. It was fun while it lasted and a great experience. Who knows, I might start up again, if the right party were to come along. As of now, I’m enjoying going to non-edm events around town and just hanging out.
We’ll see what happens. I’m in no hurry to jump back in, especially when there are so many better HHC dj’s out there right now. I’ll keep putting out mixes when I feel like it and update this site when I got the time.
Later Friends!

Last weekend I was supposed to play at a party called Buy You 2 Dranks here in Minneapolis Minnesota. It was supposed to be my last Minnesota gig but unfortunately due to the party being shut down, it never happened. I was pretty bummed out because I was pretty pumped to play. I’m not sure if I’ll have another opportunity to in my home state before my retirement deadline. So, let’s cross our fingers and hope it happens.
Next month, I’m playing in New York City! That’s going to be absolutely wicked!! It’ll be my first and last show in NYC, so make sure to check it out!!

I’m sorry for the lack of updates and the lack of new mixes. My life has been changing for the last month or so and I’m still trying to put the pieces back together and the website has been on the bottom of the list of things to do.
As some of you closer to me may know, I have decided to call it quits after this year. I will keep all the bookings that I have but will not be accepting anymore after January. As I’ve gotten older, going to parties and raving in general has lost some appeal to me. Maybe I’m just getting old, but I can’t hang like I used to. I don’t hate the music, nor do I dislike the ravers. It’s just not for me right now. This decision wasn’t made over night. I’ve been pondering it for the last 6 months and with recent events it has made the decision the right thing to do.
Being a DJ has been amazing. I’ve made some amazing friends and have been to some amazing events all over the U.S. Seeing the smiles and shaking all the hands makes it all worth it to a certain extent. If you ever get a chance you should do it, it’s a pretty awesome feeling.
I’m still going to keep this site music related. It probably won’t just be HHC related since I do enjoy other types of music as well. I have a few ideas brewing and when I get the time, I’ll work on it. I’ll try to put up a mix or two by the end of the year but I’m not making any promises. I’ll see what I can do.
I’d like to thank Josh DC for giving me one of my first big breaks. If it wasn’t for this guy I seriously wouldn’t be doing this. Heidi, Stefan, Carrie and Tim, you guys have shown me a lot of support throughout the years and have become some of my good friends. EJ/Smirk, thanks for sharing the same passion for music with me. All the promoters who took a chance and booked me, thanks a million! All the fans around the world, Thank you! Lastly I’d like to thank Josey for being my number one fan when I didn’t have any and supporting me on my stupid hobby. I love you.
If anyone who wants to see me play before it’s all over, here are the dates for my next few shows. I’m dubbing it the farewell tour.
August 29th- Miles of Smiles 6- Los Angeles, California
September 5th- Buy you 2 dranks- Minneapolis, Minnesota
October 30st- Candyball 8- New York City, New York
I’ll get the fliers for those shows up when I can. Since I only accept one booking a month, Promoters, you have 2 open months if you wanna book me!

If your in Minnesota and enjoy a good camp out. You should check out this party. It should be a good time. I think I’m just going to drive up there and check it out on the night I play and come back home. I’m not a big fan of camp outs and well, camping in general. Should be a great time if you love the outdoors and listening to psytrance. Can’t wait to play this!!

The summer is shaping up to be pretty good. Confirmed 2 more shows yesterday. I’ll be playing a Source party on July 25th in Chicago Illinois. For anyone not familiar with Source, they put on huge shows in the Chicago area. They are probably the biggest promoter out there and I’m pretty stoked to be playing for them! The other show is actually here in Minnesota. It’s a 3 day camp out and the camp grounds are maybe an hour and a half up north. I don’t have very much info on that but that should be a good time. I believe that is July 17, 18, and 19th. I’m not a huge fan of camp outs, so don’t expect to see me in a tent! My one show in August is Miles of Smiles thrown by Kids of the Core, my newest affiliate. They are a great bunch and this show is expected to be huge, just like the previous shows the last few years. I’m expecting nothing but seriously good times!!
My last show was Hardcore Energy in Cincinnati Ohio. It was a pretty awesome show. I wasn’t expecting much since the venue was in some random small town 30 minutes from the city but boy, was I wrong! The kids were all ready to get down and ready to get their rave on. Everyone played wicked sets. I personally showed up a tad late because we got lost but I think I played a pretty decent set. En3rgy played a awesome set, got the crowd to sing along and do rave like things. Jimini was pretty sick. Very impressed. The lollipop Kids played some wicked tunes and had a bang up good set. Very nice and fast for the 3am raving crew. I like them a lot. Much props and respect to all those kids that drove to the show from various states to get their rave on and Eklyps did an awesome job promoting. Hopefully I can make it out there again soon. I can’t forget to thank Smirk and his girlfriend Jenny for showing me around town and making me eat the essentials.
Until next time my friends
